“A short history of the O’Reilly animals - how lions, tigers, and tarsiers went geek” is a fascinating article that explains how the O’Reilly book covers came to be. I’ve read a lot of O’Reilly books over time, and I kinda became attached to some of those lions, tigers and pythons.

The other day, I was clicking around The Animal Menagerie. It is a website listing ALL the O’Reilly animals. I downloaded my favorite and kept them on my desktop for the longest time. I love how somehow the covers really represent the topics. It is not that easy!

Now I can clean up my desktop and look at those books covers online whenever I have the need to ;p
